Jubilee Homes growth

Growing website leads more than fivefold and scaling to thousands of monthly inquiries.

Jubilee Homes already had a business, a customer offer and an agency before Four15 came on board. Our assignment was to improve acquisition for an operating company and build the lead volume needed to support its next stage of growth.

The early reporting shows the starting point: 114 Meta website leads on $7,445.75 in spend in the December 16, 2025 agenda. By the March 10, 2026 report, that same lead event, funnel_results_viewed (FRV), reached 628 at a 23% lower cost per lead. The program then expanded through native lead forms, with Meta alone producing 2,701 form leads in August.

FRV is Jubilee’s website lead event. December and March figures are reporting snapshots, not calendar-month totals. August is a full month of Meta lead forms, shown as a separate acquisition path.

An existing business with room to grow

Jubilee helps buyers purchase a home through a structure that separates ownership of the house from the land. Explaining that unfamiliar model clearly was part of the acquisition challenge: an ad needed to attract interest and prepare people for the next step.

The business predated the engagement. BBB lists its business start as January 2023, while the supplied Four15 call notes begin in December 2025. Four15 also confirms that Jubilee had an agency before the relationship began.

The December 2 plan allocated $15,000 each to Google and Meta for November 19 through year-end, roughly $357 per day per channel. By July, actual Meta spend alone reached $56,260.63 across website and lead form campaigns. Four15’s work supported a substantially larger acquisition program, with direct-to-form testing, creative development and conversion tracking helping guide that expansion.

How Four15 built the lead flow
Made the next step easier to reach

In December 2025, we tested the homepage against direct entry into the preapproval form. The notes record an immediate benefit from the direct route, and the test ended in favor of the form. We also worked through tracking setup and credit approval event fixes so campaign decisions could draw on actions farther into the buying process.

Built a repeatable creative testing process

We tested home imagery, affordability messages and comparisons between Jubilee and a traditional mortgage. Campaigns separated new creative tests from established performers, allowing the team to develop and evaluate new ads while managing production spend. As Jubilee expanded its eligible locations, we adjusted geographic coverage across channels.

Lead cost alone did not decide which ads stayed live. July reviews examined movement from calls to qualified appointments and prompted a reduction in lower-quality video and user-generated creative. We also removed renter-focused ads after further analysis. That work connected creative choices to the kind of prospects the business needed.

Scaled website leads and added native forms

Website acquisition scaled before lead forms became the largest volume source. Meta’s reported FRV leads rose from 114 in the December snapshot to 628 in the March snapshot, while spend rose from $7,445.75 to $31,708.35. Lead volume increased 451% against a 326% spend increase, bringing CPL down from $65.31 to $50.49. Both reports measure Jubilee’s website lead event, funnel_results_viewed.

Native forms added another route to scale. July delivered 1,724 Meta form leads and 253 LinkedIn form leads, plus 471 Meta website leads measured as FRV. In August, Meta forms alone reached 2,701. LinkedIn also improved sharply: June-to-July form leads rose from 17 to 253 while calculated CPL fell 52%, from $133.06 to $63.87. These results show the expanding acquisition mix; the event counts are not a deduplicated total of people.

A larger pipeline with ongoing quality work

Four15 helped grow a modest website lead program into an acquisition operation producing thousands of monthly inquiries. Work included connecting ad and lead identifiers with Salesforce, improving conversion feedback and evaluating creative against qualified appointments. The next priority was to turn more of the larger lead flow into qualified opportunities.

The relationship remained active in the October 20 notes. Moving website campaign optimization back toward FRV in September improved reported CPL, while later funnel metrics weakened. Four15 continued refining qualification, creative and market allocation to make the larger lead flow more valuable to Jubilee’s sales team.
