Case Study

650 thousand dollars in estimated annual revenue from 50 won deals

Building paid acquisition and a new outbound email channel for a commercial services business.

The owner’s request was straightforward: five good commercial leads a week. The business already had an agency, but inquiries arrived in bursts and too many were for the wrong services. Four15 developed a broader acquisition program around qualified commercial demand, sales outcomes and recurring service opportunities.

In Q1 2024, the paid-media report recorded 185 qualified leads and 50 won deals representing $650,038 in estimated annual revenue, on $64,577 in media spend. Separately, Four15 built an outbound email channel that had not existed before. By the latest supplied tracker, it had produced 89 leads marked qualified and four explicitly recorded customer conversions.

Paid-media figures: January–March 2024 monthly rows in the QBR. Revenue is estimated annual value attached to won opportunities, not cash collected during the quarter. Outbound figures are a separate cumulative channel record and are not added to the paid-media totals.

The starting point was lead quality and consistency

The business needed companies looking for contracted commercial services. Household cleaning and unrelated requests consumed sales time without advancing that goal. The owner described isolated bursts of leads followed by quiet stretches; the five-per-week figure was the desired outcome, not a measured historical baseline.

The supplied relationship history reaches back to August 2019. Four15 then helped the business develop its new brand and website while continuing to manage acquisition for the legacy brand. The work included service pages, mobile usability, inquiry routing and analytics setup, alongside paid search.

As the program matured, reporting followed inquiries into Salesforce: raw leads, qualified leads, bids, open opportunities and won business. That distinction was essential for a business where a recurring cleaning contract could be worth far more than a one-time request.

How Four15 built the acquisition program
Focused search and landing pages on commercial demand

We expanded service-specific search coverage, reviewed search terms and excluded irrelevant demand. Ads and landing pages emphasized services prospects actually searched for, including commercial cleaning, janitorial and office cleaning. Yelp copy, categories and project assets were adjusted to better communicate the commercial focus.

Website work supported the brand transition and the conversion path: service and facility pages, clearer contact details, mobile layouts and form routing. Later work added service-focused creative, video assets and landing pages. The team also tested channels and bidding approaches, using qualified leads and won business to challenge attractive platform conversion counts.

Connected optimization to sales and customer economics

Four15 worked with the client’s sales team on lead-source reporting, disqualification reasons and opportunity values. By the 2024 QBR, Salesforce-to-Google Ads integration was reported as working, allowing qualified leads to inform optimization. Campaign tiers also gave the team more control over bids for stronger services.

The strategy considered profitability as well as volume. The 2023 QBR examined revenue and profit by industry, then proposed prioritizing customer segments and services accordingly. This supplied a business rationale for targeting choices; it was not evidence of a measured increase in total company profit.

Built outbound email from zero into a working sales channel

Outbound email was proposed as a new initiative in 2023 and launched on February 15, 2024, according to the campaign tracker. It gave the business a way to approach prospective commercial buyers directly, alongside capturing existing search demand.

Four15 managed the program with an outreach partner and a defined sales handoff. Replies were passed to the client, recorded in a shared tracker and reviewed for qualification. The team followed up on unresolved statuses, captured rejection reasons and reconciled accepted leads for billing. A separate exclusion list supported prospect management. This created a repeatable operating process around email leads.

The 2024 QBR reported 20 outbound leads and 15 qualified leads for February-April, including a won project valued at $8,300. Across the longer supplied tracker, 89 lead records are marked qualified, with four customers explicitly marked converted. Most conversion fields are blank, so four is a documented minimum rather than a complete sales total.

The result was an acquisition program with two useful routes to new business: paid media tied to substantial won opportunity value, and a new outbound channel producing qualified conversations and confirmed customers. The evidence spans the early brand transition through outbound activity recorded in October 2026.
